- 11. Certificate of Financial Support & Bank statements(Required for fellows approved for over 3 months without financial support from SNUBH who need Visa Assistance)
- 12. Copy of Travel Insurance(Not mandatory when unavailable due to COVID-19)
- 13. (For Chinese) Copy of Notarized Certificate of Household Register booklet including every family member & their Chinese ID card(Required for Chinese fellows approved for over 3 months who need Visa Assistance)
